  Come join over 500 of your industry colleagues at this fun, but, productive event as you stroll through the aisles from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and find new ideas for your upcoming events. There will be plenty of food and beverage, networking, f&b samplings, giveaways and entertainment.

  Be sure to stay afterwards for the networking reception following at 6: 30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the terrace sponsored by Gibson’s Restaurant Group.

  4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Come for the food, drinks, networking and fresh ideas presented by our table sponsors for your upcoming meetings, group outings and events. Participating table sponsors will also be providing exclusive group deals and/or giveaways at this year’s event. You’ll meet with Chicago’s top planner preferred venues, activities and service providers who are eager to help you make your events an absolute smash!

  • Visit with Chicago’s leading industry associations and get all of your questions answered about the benefits of becoming a member.

  • This is the perfect time to find your holiday party venues and ideas as well!

  • The first 100 qualified meeting and event planners to register will receive a $25 gift card from Gibson’s Restaurant Group. You will be notified if you were in the first 100 to register.

  6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Stay for the reception and network with fellow meeting and event professionals on the terrace. Food and beverage sponsored by Gibson’s Restaurant Group.
