As you’ll find with all of our favorite team building activities, Catapult to Success is a hit because it inspires teams to work together toward a common goal. In this case, achieving that goal also means you get to fling stuff through the air. We provide all necessary building materials, along with the top-flight professional facilitation TeamBonding is known for.

You get two separate rounds of high-energy competition. First is a distance-only launch event, followed by a distance + accuracy segment that involves catching various improbable objects (no bowling balls or live kittens, we promise). Winning requires a mix of shrewd inter-team negotiation, effective brainstorming, prototyping, testing, and fine-tuning.

This challenge is designed to combine mental agility with collaboration, hands-on construction, and commercial prowess. While the catapults themselves are always the central feature, the overall framing can be adapted to suit your specific objectives. For example, some of our clients want the big takeaway to be “continuous improvement” or “fine-tuning team dynamics.”
