Park West, Chicago’s Historic Theater & Event Space

Park West is an iconic Chicago theater space, originally opened as the Lane Court vaudeville and movie theater in 1916, and eventually transformed into a live concert/entertainment and special event facility in 1977.

Park West’s versatile 11,000-square-foot facility features 5 tiered levels, a balcony, 7 bars and comfortable movable/removable booth seating.  Twenty-five foot ceiling height in the theater with unobstructed views of the stage.  Existing concert-quality sound system and theatrical lighting and a stage that can be extended if necessary with in-house decks.

We can accommodate up to 900 guests for receptions, and can comfortably seat groups of 100 to 700.  Our flexible space is ideal for:
