Starting in June 2008, Here's Chicago's Street Team will be providing audio coverage of Chicago's newest meeting and event venues, restaurants, meeting space and meeting service providers as well as audio tips from the pros.
The Here's Chicago Street Team will be on "the street" conducting 10 -15 minute "audio" interviews with chicago's top Planner Preferred meeting and event venues and service suppliers to provide meeting and event planners "audio" coverage, tips from the pros and more.Gone are the days of magazine editors putting their spin on content. The new and valuable content is coming from real people. "What better way to learn about Chicago meeting and event venues and services than to actually hear from suppliers directly? All we do is ask the questions, they deliver the answers" says Jim Grillo, CMP.Hereschicago.com will conduct phone and on site "audio interviews" with Chicago's top meeting and event venues, restaurants and services. Meeting and Event Planners will hear informative and educational "Tips from the Pros" via audio which allows the planner to actually "hear" the private event or groups contact."Audio is great as it seems to be more insightful and more intimate as a planner can actually hear the person speak and work on their computer at the same time. It's like listening to the radio, but, you are getting information in your field." says Jim Grillo, CMP.All audio interviews will play with a click of your mouse and you will not have to download anything onto your computer to listen to them.
